Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup your favorite mix-ins (chocolate chips, berries, nuts)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry, then fold in mix-ins.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes.
