  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add rice and chicken broth to the skillet, stir, and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Place chicken on top of the rice, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.

For extra flavor, try using brown rice or adding vegetables like peas or carrots.
