Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika or smoked paprika
  • spray Olive oil light coating
  • Italian seasoning or dried herbs
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry, pound, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Rub with seasonings and spray with olive oil.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Cook 7 minutes, flip, then cook 5–8 more minutes until 165°F.
  5. Rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with lemon and herbs.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
