Method
- Pat chicken dry, pound, and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Rub with seasonings and spray with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook 7 minutes, flip, then cook 5–8 more minutes until 165°F.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with lemon and herbs.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
