Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
- Mix mashed bananas, honey, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Combine dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry to wet, fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired, then fill muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
