Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Mix wet into dry until just combined, then fold in blueberries.
  5. Divide batter into muffin cups and bake 18-20 minutes.
  6. Cool muffins before serving.

Notes

Use fresh blueberries for best flavor, but frozen work well too.
