- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to control the spiciness of the dish.
