  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray (for air fryer)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Step 2: Season the Flour: Combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Step 3: Dredge the Chicken: Coat each chicken thigh in flour, then egg, and finally panko.
  4. Step 4: Preheat and Prep the Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket with olive oil.
  5. Step 5: Air Fry the Chicken: Place chicken in the air fryer, spray with oil, and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook for another 8–10 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, ensure the chicken thighs are not overcrowded in the air fryer basket.
