Method
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred or slice the chicken before serving, drizzling with sauce.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water and stir into the sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
