Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, place chicken thighs.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water. Pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, brown the chicken thighs in the olive oil before adding the other ingredients.
