  • 1 packet Onion Soup Mix Can use fresh onions or onion powder
  • 1 cup Water Can use low-sodium broth for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place chicken thighs.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water. Pour over chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for 2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
