Ingredients
  

Wrap Ingredients
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts cooked and sliced
  • 2 large whole wheat or flour tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup romaine or green leaf lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side until done.
  2. Slice grilled chicken into thin strips and set aside.
  3. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Warm tortillas in a pan for 30 seconds per side.
  5. Spread avocado on each tortilla and layer with lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes.
  6. Roll tightly, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

For a spicier wrap, add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the avocado mixture.
