Method
- Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side until done.
- Slice grilled chicken into thin strips and set aside.
- Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Warm tortillas in a pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Spread avocado on each tortilla and layer with lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes.
- Roll tightly, slice in half, and serve.
Notes
For a spicier wrap, add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the avocado mixture.
