Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry, stir until just blended.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 15-20 mins.
- Cool briefly before removing from tin.
