Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry until smooth. Fold in optional add-ins.
- Scoop batter into muffin tin, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
Store muffins in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
