  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry.
  2. Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 22–26 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Baste with pan juices if desired. The crust should be golden.
  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the ranch seasoning mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking.
