Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry.
- Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 22–26 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Baste with pan juices if desired. The crust should be golden.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the ranch seasoning mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking.
