Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Mix wet into dry until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin and bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Cool muffins before serving.

Use dairy-free chocolate chips for a fully vegan treat.
