Method
- Heat the pan. Stir-fry onion for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Cook the chicken. Stir-fry for 8–10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Adjust and finish. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve. Garnish and serve hot with jasmine rice or over vermicelli noodles.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
