Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk wet ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry, then fold in apples and nuts.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes; cool before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon before baking.
